This penthouse remodel in downtown Sarasota, by a luxury remodeler serving Longboat Key and the greater Sarasota area, takes full advantage of sweeping city and Sarasota Bay views through an expansive, open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows. Extra-large format tile flooring flows throughout, paired with sleek dark cabinetry and contemporary finishes for a clean, sophisticated aesthetic. The primary bath continues the modern feel with a floating vanity, brass fixtures, and a freestanding soaking tub set against dramatic large-scale stone tile.
