A transitional-style remodel at Promenade completed by a leading luxury remodeler in Longboat Key, FL, this project reworked the kitchen layout to fully capture the building's Gulf views, creating a bright, open connection between cooking and living spaces. A stone fireplace anchors the main living area, accented with warm gold detailing that ties the space together. The result balances classic transitional style with a fresh, light-filled feel suited to its Gulf-front setting.
