A complete renovation of a condo in the heart of downtown Sarasota, completed by a luxury remodeler with a strong reputation across Longboat Key and Sarasota, this project overlooking the marina reimagined the layout to better suit modern living. Brista Homes reworked the floor plan and opened up the kitchen to create a more connected, entertainment-friendly living space, while the primary bath was similarly opened up for a more spacious, contemporary feel. The result is a bright, functional home that takes full advantage of its downtown marina setting.
